By applying for entrance into the Ordo Imperialis, you are submitting yourself voluntarily to a light-roleplay organization with heavy emphasis on military practices. If you are not prepared to "fill the part" of a soldier, the Ordo Imperialis is not for you. You will be held accountable for your actions, and treated on a professional level. Ignorance is not an excuse! Understand that any information obtained regarding loyalty concerns specific to your person CAN and WILL be utilized. Furthermore, applications submitted by those under the avatar age of five months will not be considered, unless a former character can be proven. By submitting this application, you ACKNOWLEDGE and ACCEPT the above clause.
You are expected to have read the Ordo Imperialis handbook by the time of applying. If you have not done so, be sure to acquire a copy from any current Ordo member. You may also find the handbook available at the spawn location within the region 'Titan.' Fill out each question thoroughly: few words will not suffice for many of the questions. Complete sentences are appreciated. Please understand that effort and proper typing do affect your chances of being admitted. On most occasions, you will hear back from a recruiter within 24 to 48 hours. However, this may vary based upon the current application load.

Why do you wish to join the Ordo Imperialis? What about the group is appealing to you?
What are your aspirations within the Ordo Imperialis? Where do you see yourself in three months?
Do you understand that the Ordo Imperialis is an exclusive organization, and that by the time of applying you will have to have resigned from any other military organizations? This includes all alternate accounts.
If you are a former member of a Second Life military organisization(s) please include a comprehensive list of past groups including names and dates. This includes all alternate accounts.
Do you have any prior experience with a real military/law enforcement? This question may be considered optional: you may choose not to answer.
Are you currently a member of a combat role-play group? If so, which and where does it operate?
Do you know any individual within the Ordo Imperialis who would be willing to vouch for your integrity and sponsor your membership? If so, be sure the individual(s) are willing to vouch for you: they will be contacted.
Do you pledge to abide by group regulations, as outlined within the Ordo Imperialis handbook? Yes No

What is a "lone wolf" operation? Are you allowed to conduct one while a member of the Ordo Imperialis? The answer may be found in the regulations section of the handbook. Failure to answer this question correctly will result in an immediate denial.
The Ordo Imperialis respects individual privacy and has no interest in being involved in any individual’s private life. However, the Ordo Imperialis does not consider any person as “off duty.” As such, actions that involve or could affect the Ordo Imperialis will be policed—regardless of being in uniform at the time of committing the action. Some would consider the Ordo Imperialis to be “too serious” for an online community. Members are held to high levels of personal accountability, which includes: protecting internal information, maintaining a professional demeanor, and taking orders from senior personnel. The Second Life military community is a direct-competition community, in which confrontation with other groups and individuals is common. The Ordo Imperialis and its members are sometimes attacked beyond the battlefield, with intentional malice by an ever changing amount of people. Ordo members may be directly exposed to vulgarity, personal attacks, and intent to do harm by individuals outside of the group. It is not unheard of that you may be treated poorly based solely upon your participation within the Ordo. Are you capable of handling this stress and are you willing to bear that burden? Yes No
